This website is operated by Keele & Steeles Dental Office. By using it you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please just call the office at 905-760-8181 instead.

The pages here describe the treatments we offer in general terms, so you know what to expect before you come in. They are not a diagnosis and they are not a treatment plan for your mouth. Only an examination can tell you what you actually need.

Please do not delay seeing a dentist, or ignore advice you have already been given, because of something you read on this website.

Do not use the appointment form for an emergency. Call 905-760-8181 during our open hours and we will hold a same day slot where we can. If you have difficulty breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, a serious facial injury, or swelling that is spreading toward your eye or throat, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

Submitting the appointment form does not confirm an appointment, and a preferred date or time is not a reservation. Our front desk reads every request and calls you back to arrange a time that works, usually within one business day.

Your appointment exists once someone here has confirmed it with you.

Please give us accurate contact details. If the phone number or email is wrong, we have no way to reach you. If your plans change, call us so we can offer the time to someone else.

Any fee, coverage, or insurance information on this site is general and current at the time of writing. It is not a quote. What you pay depends on your examination, the treatment you choose, and the terms of your own plan.

We bill many plans directly, including the Canadian Dental Care Plan, and we are glad to help you understand an estimate. We cannot guarantee what an insurer or a government plan will approve, since that decision is theirs.

We work to keep this site accurate. Our opening hours and reviews are read from our Google Business Profile so they stay in step with what Google shows, and our service pages are reviewed as our practice changes. Even so, information can be out of date or contain an error. When it matters, call and confirm with us.

Please do not:

• Submit the form on someone else's behalf without their knowledge, or send us false information.
• Use the form or our contact details to send advertising, spam, or automated submissions.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site or its systems that is not public.
• Interfere with the site's operation, or use it in a way that breaks the law.
• Copy the site's text, photographs, or design for use elsewhere without our permission.

The text, photographs, layout, and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission, and our name and logo are ours. Patient reviews shown on this site are real reviews published by patients on Google and are reproduced as written, without editing. They describe those patients' experiences and are not a promise of your result.

Where we link out, for example to Google Maps or to our Google Business Profile, we do not control that website and are not responsible for its content or its terms.

How we handle the information you send us is set out in our Privacy Policy, which includes how to opt out of advertising measurement.

We provide this website as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove any part of it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website, from relying on general information published here, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits our professional obligations to you as a patient, or any liability that cannot legally be limited.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives on this page, with the date it was last changed shown at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction.
